Our Background
We are specialists in borehole technology, providing sustainable solutions for geothermal energy and groundwater supply. Each year we drill over 100 km of boreholes across the UK, supporting homes, businesses, and large-scale developments with reliable heating, cooling, hot water, and clean water sources.
Although we are a new company, our leadership team brings decades of proven experience. Master Driller Mariusz has spent more than 10 years with Synergy Boreholes before founding this business, while Velizar has risen from second man on the rig to management and directorship at Blue Rock Drilling, overseeing projects from design to completion. We are also advised by Non-Executive Director Antony Jennings (Synergy Boreholes), whose industry knowledge and strategic guidance further strengthen our service.

What we do
Our borehole arrays are designed to capture the sun’s natural heat stored in the ground. Each year, we drill over 100 km of geothermal boreholes in arrays ranging from 2 to 400 holes, with depths of 80–300m. These boreholes are connected through headerworks, creating a circulatory system for thermal fluid that feeds to and from a Ground Source Heat Pump.
When paired with Ground Source Heat Pumps, these deep geothermal networks provide efficient heating, hot water, and cooling for homes and businesses across the UK.
In addition to geothermal drilling, our rigs are equipped to construct both deep and shallow groundwater wells. These wells can supply clean water from aquifers or serve as soakaways as part of sustainable drainage systems.
We invest in the latest technology and equipment, carefully selecting powerful, efficient, and low-impact machinery for our fleet. This ensures every project is delivered effectively and with minimal disruption to clients or the surrounding environment.
Our team provides both installation and full project management. We ensure that every borehole system is tested and verified for efficiency, often using independent thermal response testing to guarantee reliable output. For clients who require it, we also offer turnkey packages, including civils works for trenching and reinstatement as part of a Principal Contractor service.
